Hello! I'm a girl of 15 and I'm in 9th grade. To put it mildly, I'm not very sociable and I can't make friends with a lot of people, but I have friends. People in the class make fun of me for not being a good student (in the sense that I don't speak many languages) and insult me with nicknames like the stupid one, not at school, but always on the bus home. A few minutes ago, my mother came home from the parents' meeting and told me that she had told all the parents and the lady in English about their ridicule and that it had not been brought up that way. I understand she is doing it for my own good, but there is the question that the parents of my classmates will tell them and tomorrow will be a new wave of ridicule. I really hate them when they start like this or by behaving arrogantly with the teachers, but I'm always silent, I never say anything, and she made it so that tomorrow I'm even more bowed. I no longer know how to explain to her that she can talk to the teachers as much as she wants, but not to the parents, who as gossips will tell their children about it instead of keeping quiet. Thanks for reading any of the lines I wrote. Have a good night. :) From Rumi

If you do not want any information to be spread, it is best not to share it with anyone. And parents still think they understand, but sometimes they make mistakes and make things even worse. (Don't blame them, they just want to help but don't know how).
