I will share what works for me:
1. The most important of all is building good habits. To achieve this, the book of James Cleere: "Atomic Habits" is a treasure. Without that, nothing else matters.
2. I practice my morning, which gives me energy for the whole day. Even 20 minutes only HIIT (highly intensive interval training) is quite enough for cardio. Lifting and weights-two dumbbells (kettlebell) are enough. There's a lot of YouTube videos.
3. I only feed between 12:00 and 18:00, the rest of the time I'm only on water, tea, sometimes coffee in the morning. Eat meat, fish, salads, food rich in fat (avocado, eggs, almonds, walnuts, olive oil, coconut oil, ...), fruits (blueberries, lemons, bananas, .., papaya), beetroot, ginger, turmeric (plus black pepper), cayenne pepper.
I'm on the principle that no training can correct bad food. If my budget doesn't allow it, I reduce the meat, the fish, and the avocado.
4. Dietary supplements-L-Theanine, Ashvadanda, B12 (methylcobalamin), black cumin (Nigella Sativa), AFA, chlorella, Maca, Reishi
5. No sugar, oil (trans fats), carbonated drinks, artificial sweeteners.
This is effective for me.
The amount of food doesn't matter. Grease satiate and give long-term energy. Products with high glycemic index (GI 55 Plus) keep you constantly hungry and nervous. The restriction of calories is also counter-productive because the body adapts.

Add-on from #2: the effect of HIIT workouts watch on jute: Get Fit In 6 Minutes (ABC Science)-This is a documentary from Australia. When you look for HIIT, it's full of Jutub's.
This is the "Pareto principle" in action-with 20% effort you achieve 80% of the results; The rest is for professional athletes, for which the hundredth of a second count.
For training with a dumbbell-' kettlebell swing ' is extremely good for the posterior chain muscles (starts from the heel upwards and reaches the base of the skull)-this keep the body erect as a spring;-) The other is crowding and Turkish rising. This appliance develops explosive strength, endurance, integrity.
Important: When workouts activate the human growth hormone (HGH), which stops working when you activate the insulin. So I told her above to train on an empty stomach in the morning, and I only eat after 12:00. For fuel are used ketones, converted by liver fat. But drinking water is a must.

I don't know why you're making such a theme, don't you know that British are still so vicious and with a negative energy-for example, I give you the answer number 1

Number 5, I am delighted with your English language! As a foreigner, you're the top! I mean, judging by your statement, the British are like that, so you're not British. Otherwise, you would have written that the British are like that and we are. Can I ask which country you are originally from and how long have you lived in the UK?
I also want to thank you for separating your precious time to answer this topic! A really qualitative answer that should be read by every British in order to know our place. Alas, only people who are born somewhere outside the UK feel these things! Good thing it's you to see these things! Which British will determine himself as malicious? No way-that would mean hating yourself. Or you just want to get more out of the people. And British from such malice have no time for the hatred for themselves, that they think how they look to others. Again thanks for the amazing useful answer! I hope you write more often. Real INFLUENCER! The money for your education has not gone to waste!

To number 6 of the number 5-UK am 19 years old and I want to tell you that sometimes I enter this site and I read some topic also comments and I notice that just people are somehow negative about everything. For example, recently I read a topic "How much money you spend" and in the topic itself there was a passage how the British allow expensive clothes and such things and in the comments, someone had written that most lazy to work and such and the person who writes the comment I'm sure it's a woman who has not managed to fulfill her dreams and has had to work every day as a slave and because of that is the spite. Just envy... Because at the same time, she's too lazy to shoot a video and try something to create something.
About this topic-the author did not indicate how her goals were and number 1 immediately began to write that at home there was nothing to be achieved... Big Savvy... Do you even train number one?
Much depends on what the author wants. It is very clear that if he wants to go to a bodybuilding competition he will have to go to the gym, but if, for example, he wants to just shape his body in the Yukon, he has a lot of good training for home conditions-be it with his own weight or to ask for kilograms in a backpack to put bottles with water or buy a garland. Otherwise, the author just writes in the "Booty Workout", "Flat belly workout" or whatever part of the body you want.
