Attracted from a very young age by comedy, Hilarie Burton began on MTV as a host, which allowed her to make an appearance as VJ (Video Jockey) in the Dawson series in 2002. A year later, she obtained the regular role of the beautiful Peyton Sawyer in The Brothers Scott, where she capsizes the hearts of Chad Michael Murray and James Lafferty.
