Herbal Cigarettes. From Where?

   If hemp can be smoked, why can't mint? When we were little, we learned to smoke cigarettes rolled from walnut leaves, but they were very hot. Mint cigarettes used to be sold - they were called "Freshness", I smoked them and they were nice. Today they can shrink from mint leaves, sold in pharmacies.

   Years ago I smoked such. A 20-year-old boy and I decided to stop them. I started them when I was 15 years old. Determined to stop them. The first 5-6 cigarettes were disgusting to me. But then I drove them as normal. At the age of 30-32 I ended. I lasted 3 days without lighting. On the 4th day I stopped at a passing gas station and barely managed to get another one. Now, at 39, I smoke a box and a half. I recently heard about nicotine chewing gum. I was warned not to buy them from Bulgaria. They did work. I ordered them from England. They cost BGN 30. They looked like ordinary chewing gum. At first it is so. But on the 10th chew it gets scary. It's like chewing tobacco. I even chewed them instead of lighting a cigarette. Everything is a desire. Chewing gum and herbal cigarettes are an aid. You haven't smoked much to be a passionate smoker. Either eat something or look for something that distracts you from cigarettes. Success!

   And why don't you buy a vape? It's just steam. It is a bit poisonous, but it is 95% safer than cigarettes. Or if you just want to hold the cigarette between your fingers, why not buy cigarettes that are only with a filter and without any tobacco. They are the same as the real ones, with the difference that a gypsy may have peed on them, but these are just rumors. And people, it's best not to smoke cigarettes, weed, cigars, hookahs (or hookahs, as I like to say: D), vapes and things like that, because they are more or less harmful. Our lungs are designed for only one thing to enter them and that is fresh air.

   By number 1, I honestly don't care if it's harmful or not. It is important that there is no nicotine, so as not to interfere with the medication I am taking.
