My opinion is that you should stop seeing this teacher, you both go out, but neither write to him nor call him out. Firstly he was your teacher, such personal relationships are not normal, secondly he can be your father and thirdly, you have already moved and there is no point in keeping in touch, he is past if you ever need something in English write to him, but not on other topics. You put too much pressure on him and it's no wonder he'll crack your ass soon, he may not be a pedophile, but it's never too late to get up.
