Headache From Nervous Overload

The Story

Hi, for years I've been trying to do 100 things at a time, work, study, etc., and I've come to a point where I feel "stopped." I work as a programmer and before I spent too much time and overloaded myself, but gradually things started to go so bad it became more and more difficult for me to do my duties, more and more reluctantly ... and I got to the point that I have a constant headache. They did a scanner last week and an MRI, everything is normal, and according to the neurologist it is an overload of the nervous system. At the moment he prescribed me for 10 days: Somazina and Deanxit. The symptoms are: Headache pressing in the forehead, tension when closing the eyes, extremely poor memory and distraction. (I read something 20 times and I still can't reproduce it), apathy doesn't do anything to me and I'm constantly tired. I'm in good shape .. the question now is how to fix it as fast as possible. I don't smoke and rarely drink a little. pp. If I try to relax the nervous system marijuana will give a positive effect or rather not. (I haven't tried yet)
