Hello, I would like to share my experience with drugs. When I was little I smoked weed, took some powders and was in heaven constantly .. so about 5-6 years .. then I graduated, stopped drugs and my life became a complete hell. For many years I tried to stabilize, I was used to feeling strong just taking drugs and now my life was empty, nothing brought me joy. I started reading and watching all kinds of movies and books, so I think I got to know the effects of drugs very well and that's why I would like to share my experience with you. I recently watched a show in which a professor was involved, he had explained it very simply, "there is a certain amount of dopamine in the body (for those who don't know, dopamine is one of the hormones of happiness ... perhaps the most powerful) that a person is accumulated, it is stored and you are given a little, when you have sex, for example, or when you are in a stressful situation. Drugs, however, make this dopamine relax a lot, make you feel in heaven, but at some point it ends and people wonder why the effect is no longer the same. At this point, when the dopamine runs out, and you take drugs, they no longer work, and your mind is in hell .. in depression, etc .. The good news is that a person can regain his dopamine if he gives up from drugs. There are ways for a person to regain dopamine and start experiencing joy again. There is plenty of material on the Internet on how to increase your dopamine levels. Honestly, I wandered ... I wandered 5 years after I stopped everything, I was unhappy for 5 years and I wandered reading books and looking for information until I found out about dopamine. It took me 5 years to get there and start improving my life. That's why I'm sharing it with you and I hope I helped you!

Thanks for the nice topic author. For people, however, this is nonsense. They do not believe in professorships and other such explanations ...
