Grigory Oster is a popular children's writer, screenwriter and TV presenter, on whose "Harmful Councils" several generations of readers have grown up. In 2002, he received the State Prize of Russia in the field of literature and art and the prestigious literary prize named after Korney Chukovsky, and in 2007 Grigory Oster became an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
