Hello, I am a 21-year-old girl. Nearly 2 years ago I was diagnosed with gallstones. I was told to follow the appropriate diet and possibly have surgery. However, I was very scared and did not want to hear about surgery, I preferred to starve. And so for almost a year I was careful about what I ate and did not get crises. At one point, however, I seemed to calm down that I hadn't been in pain for so long, and I began to allow myself to eat more and more forbidden foods. And accordingly, the crises were not late. So about a month ago I went to the doctor and he told me that I was full of stones and had to have surgery. There was panic and horror. I have never had an operation before and I am very scared, and I can't stand the pain at all. I have already come to terms with the fact that it is inevitable and I am preparing for surgery next month. But at the same time I am dying of fear. My operation will be laparoscopic, I will not be cut, but that doesn't reassure me much. I am currently researching for good hospitals and doctors because it is extremely important for me to fall into good hands. If anyone has experienced something similar, I would be happy to share their experience. I want to know, to be prepared, whether the postoperative period is painful, whether recovery is difficult, and whether the procedure itself is generally easy to tolerate. I will be happy to share opinions about good hospitals and doctors in Sofia, who are specialists in this type of surgery, because for now I can not stop at anyone, I only focused on the Military Medical Academy as a hospital. I will be glad to hear your opinions and feedback, they will be very useful to me.

Are you crazy? Don't move. bubble. Then it will not get better - on the contrary you will have many restrictions. Doctors do not cure, they only want the money. There are many methods for removing stones. Change your diet first. Buy a heater when it hurts, fill it with hot water, put it on the right to expand the ducts of the bladder and let the stones come out. There are recipes with olive oil and lemon for cleansing, but they are a little hard. In my opinion, do not rush to remove it, ask for a few posts and then there is no going back.
