Hello to everyone who will take some time for my problem. For some time I had very, very low blood pressure in the range of 100 to 65 in this range and this is low for a girl my age (18 years old) and more or less managed to normalize BUT since last week began a dizziness, headache , nausea was not good at all and when I went to the doctor he measured my current blood 140 to 90, very high :( my problem is this sharp drop and rise in blood pressure. Please if there are some with a similar problem let me know how I cope because I'm a little worried he prescribed me a bunch of pills but he didn't say anything about the food, what I should eat and what exactly I can eat. I will be extremely grateful for any advice :)

Hello, my mother has high blood pressure, so I allow myself to share some tips from general culture, as they say: avoid coffee, Coca-Cola, eat an idea of salt-free food. Do not eat cane meat. That's what I know from her, that's what I'm telling you. Consult a doctor for more detailed information.
