Hello! I'm a 14-year-old girl in 7th grade, and as you may have guessed from the title, it's about losing weight. Namely for the removal of these 6 kg. I'm 167 tall, I weigh 60 (already), but I want to be 55. I have a small belly and I'm generally thin above the waist, but my thighs and butt are bigger. So this week I started the whole thing with losing weight, because last week I just looked in the mirror and said to myself that this can't go on, I always want to lose weight but I just want to. I never have the will to achieve the desired result and on the second - third day I stop and start again in the old way. Namely, it starts again with chips, snacks, more chocolate, burgers, french fries, etc. But from this week I decided that I would lose weight this time without interruption until I lost as much weight as I wanted. Yesterday I consumed a total of 1340 calories, I didn't do any exercises, I just took a short walk. Today I did all kinds of exercises for the abdomen, legs and ass, I jumped on a rope a little and I still don't know how many calories will be, because I haven't had dinner yet. But so far there are 620 (late afternoon) I AM NOT HUNGRY! I'm eating great. I started eating only good cooked food, without semi-finished products and snacks and all kinds of caloric things of this kind. I even stopped chocolate or at most one cube a day. Strangely, I thought that chocolate would be a great pain for me, and I don't even feel like eating that much. And the balance is from April 2 until now, on April 4, I lost 1 kg. My question to you is whether if I walk at this pace I will lose weight healthily and there will be no yo-yo effect? Because personally it seems quite fast to me, but I have lost only a kilo, things can be slowed down further. I do not know. That's why I'm asking you. How do you feel about losing such weight, considering that I have heard that if you lose weight fast then you are like jelly, but I train at home and I can't believe I relax. Awaiting comments ...

It is sad that a girl of 14 thinks about calories and weight loss. She might not have gained those pounds if she hadn't eaten those chocolates, fries, burgers, etc. so often. These foods are eaten once a month, not every day. Therefore, if you start eating healthy food and exercising now, you will gain 55 kg in 2-3 months. But once you reach the desired weight, you should continue with this way of eating, and not start to fold all sorts of junk foods again. Because the weight will return in a few weeks and all your work and diligence will go to hell. Therefore, from now on you can eat no hamburgers, potatoes, jam and when you lose weight, but very rarely - at Christmas and on your birthday, for example. Good luck
