I'm 17 and I had a similar problem somewhere a month ago. The truth is that there is something that worries you mentally. My advice is to try to find out what it is. Ask yourself what exactly your nightmares are about, what is the thing that makes you restless. It was a poor connection for me. There must be something that bothers you, but you do not realize it and therefore manifest subconsciously at night. Good luck, I hope you find out what it is.

I would recommend that you have a polysomnography. This is done in a laboratory, you sleep and your EEG, respiratory movements and muscle tone are recorded. According to your description, it looks a bit like sleep apnea to me. It's weird that you're so young and as far as I can see you don't have any risk factors for obstructive sleep apnea, but it could be something central. I don't know if you've read about sleep apnea, it's when either the respiratory center in the brain is not working well (central) or the upper airways are collapsing (obstructive). Both cases lead to respiratory pauses during sleep, which, if they last long enough, lead to a drop in blood saturation and an increase in carbon dioxide (which is the determining factor that determines the rhythm of breathing), the sympathetic nervous system and the patient are activated. wakes up to catch his breath. Accordingly, one of the symptoms is constant fatigue during the day due to poor sleep, and over time the blood pressure rises due to the repeated activation of the sympathetic nervous system at night, when we actually need to rest. As I said, I don't know if such a thing will occur in a 17-year-old healthy girl, but I think it's really good to do a polysomnography to see if there is anything pethological about the phases of sleep.

Smoke a joint an hour or two before bed, it helps one hundred percent! Read more (If you haven't already) about the healing properties of marijuana! It helps me a lot and I no longer have this problem with sleep and lack of sleep, even when I have smoked all day on the weekends in the evening I am beaten, but in the morning I am refreshed, fresh and energetic, ready for the new day! :)
