Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl. I have had a problem for about a year, to which I did not attach much importance and significance, but it has already started to weigh on me a lot. I have a hard time falling asleep at night, and after I fall asleep I wake up 4/5 times because I am spinning, startled by nightmares or just sitting. Waking up not for long - at most for a minute I stay awake, but when I wake up in the morning I feel terrible, sleepless and as if I have been beaten. I read a lot of things on the internet, most of them led me to insomnia, but before I made any diagnoses I wanted to check if there were other people with my problem and how they were coping. I am not a smoker, nor do I drink alcohol regularly, I drink coffee only in the morning, and I get to energy drinks very rarely, I exercise and eat more or less healthily and according to the rules, I also go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

Smoke a joint an hour or two before bed, it helps one hundred percent! Read more (If you haven't already) about the healing properties of marijuana! It helps me a lot and I no longer have this problem with sleep and lack of sleep, even when I have smoked all day on the weekends in the evening I am beaten, but in the morning I am refreshed, fresh and energetic, ready for the new day! :)
