Hello! I am a 17 year old girl. About 5-6 months ago my mother had a health problem. Because of that, she was prescribed to drink Sencha or Senchia green tea ... And in a super short time she started to lose weight. I decided and I started drinking from time to time. And I drank for about 2 months. The first 2 weeks I drank quite often. Sometimes 2 a day. And then rarely. And I lost a lot of weight. I stopped drinking it. And there is still no progress. I eat too much in order to gain weight at least but to no avail. So my question is if someone has drunk green tea, tell me how long it lasts after you stop drinking it.

I doubt it a little, but drive. It looks more like an advertisement to me. You tread, and wait to lose weight from tea. If it were true, it would be a revolution. So many people around the world give crazy money to lose weight miraculously without sports and proper nutrition and there is no result. I drank a lot of green tea and apart from loosening it has no other effect. You may lose weight, but it's hardly as you describe it - to tread and become a twig. Rather, it is an aid to diet and exercise. So far, I have not heard of anyone losing weight with tea alone. If your story is true, you have a health problem rather than tea. And this problem is not to be underestimated. I had a neighbor at 28 who lost so much weight, then turned out to have diabetes, but it was too late and he died a few days later from the sudden movement of blood sugar.
