Without reading the whole story, I will write to you that once a week gymnastics and once swimming is enough to have a very good figure, tone and body. But only if you EAT PROPERLY. You can walk 5 times a week, but this will give almost no result in terms of overweight, the key is in the food. I have been seriously involved in healthy eating, fitness, sports, etc. and in general proper nutrition is about 85% of the overall picture, and fitness to 15, especially if you do not do professionally and go to competitions.
