Fitness - How Often?

The Story

Hello people. I'm 15 and I've been going to the gym lately. I have a few questions and I ask bodybuilders and other fitness guys to tell me some answers. * How often can we go to the gym - every other day? > * I eat well healthy, but how often and what to avoid - sugar and so on? * Should I do another sport besides Fitness? Like swimming, running in the stadium and so on. I really want to become a bodybuilder and many bodybuilders started in their teens. So please write.
