Hello! I am determined to start a gym. My goal is to tighten up. I had a dozen extra colograms, I managed to get rid of them by not eating. Now I want to tighten my thighs and burn the fat left on my stomach. I don't want to go on a strict diet. By strict diet I mean eating under an hour and limiting only to chicken steaks and vegetables. And now I don't have pork eating habits: I don't cram or eat junk food like chips, hamburgers, pastries, cakes, patties, etc. But to refuse coffee and not afford from time to time fresh pasta or some quality wholemeal bread be too much. I won't hear about protein shakes or various supplements. What I ask you to guide me about is: 1. Will the gym help me tighten up in the described places, given that I am in the norm in terms of weight. Or to think about another sport? 2. How much will it cost me more or less a month? It would be difficult for me to spend more than BGN 50 per month. (Initially, I could give more as an instructor while I learn). 3. Do the instructors really help? It is difficult for me to learn how to do the exercises correctly if there is no one to show me, so exercises from YouTube and books are not for me. I tried, but I don't think I'm doing them right, and there's no one to show me the mistakes. Hello, the exercises can be mastered perfectly by watching on YouTube, websites and books. Fitness will help you, of course it depends on the respective programs you will train and what you emphasize cookie cutter / ready cookie cutters approach works only in the beginning, then you have to individualize the program. Fitness will help you shape your figure and gain an athletic silhouette, as far as extra pounds are concerned, some kind of diet restriction should be used for them so that the body can activate and consume the stored fat. I personally prefer the fasting method.
