Hello everyone. I am a boy of 17 and for a long time I am afraid only of bugs. I know this song is five hundred times, but I wanted to hear some more modern suggestion. I'm more or less fine with spiders, but darves, beetles and the like at home come in handy. I live in a house and I realize that it is normal for something like this to come out once every 2-3 months, but for these people it is more of a home than mine, every week 1-2 creatures are shown in the evening. I realized that the fear had turned into a phobia the moment I started looking at the walls in every house I went to. At home in the summer I sleep from 6 in the morning to 12 at noon just because I feel more safe in the light. I watch movies or TV series or write music until the morning and then go to bed.

Hello. I fully understand you and I have a phobia. I read somewhere that the brain confuses disgust with fear. There is salvation from them when it gets cold, now arm yourself with Ryde or some other insect spray. Mosquito nets are also a big help.
