Hello everyone, I am a 17 year old boy and I have a problem with fatigue and sleep. No matter how many hours I go to bed, the next day I feel sleepy and I just don't know. I go to bed at 1 o'clock, get up at 9 - 9:30 and try to sleep for 8 hours (the man supposedly needed that much). Yes, but it's no use, the next day I'm like a corpse, almost. The other option to go to bed at 11 and get up at 9 (ie to sleep more than 8 hours) is also not possible, because I know that a longer sleep again leads to fatigue. I drink coffee in the morning, but I don't see any effect from it. My other problem is sleep problems. Almost every time I fall asleep an hour - an hour and a half later than I went to bed. For example, I go to bed at 1 and fall asleep at 2:30 ... It just kills me. I call myself "let me go to bed earlier so I can sleep", and then see what's going on .. So my questions are two - How to stop feeling tired and how to fall asleep within 15-20 minutes after going to bed: D thanks in advance

Girl, have you heard that sleeping before midnight is most useful? And the fact that sometimes you will sleep more than 8 hours is not fatal. One person needs 6 hours to sleep, another 9, everything is very individual, this with 8 hours is just average. So he tries to go to bed at 10 and fall asleep at 11 and you will see that you will be much better. You can't go to bed at 1 or 2 and expect to be refreshed the next day.
