In general, I no longer recommend using hair dye from a box bought from a pharmacy or drugstore, as the oxidant in the box that mixes with the dye has a very high percentage - over 12%.
The blond did not work because before that the hair had to be bleached and then dyed / tinted in the desired color.
I advise you to wait 3/4 months, some paints are washed up to 28 washes, but there is no guarantee that the color will fall evenly, wait for your root to appear at least 5/6 cm and go to a good colorist, you may need to discolor and then paint the length in a color closest to your natural one, to try to even out your color once you have painted it chocolate brown, and your natural color is dark blond, because otherwise the root will be lighter than the lengths.
The best way to get back the natural color, of course, is to let it grow completely without painting it at all (which can take 2 or 3 years depending on the length you want) but if you don't have that patience I advise you wait a few months for the root to take root well and then go for a consultation with a good colorist, ask friends to recommend you if necessary, and in the meantime I suggest you make masks with coconut oil and limit the press and curling iron if you use them regularly
I hope I helped, good luck :)
