Extremely Problematic Skin.

The Story

Hello. I want to ask you something: does food in any way affect the skin and the formation of subcutaneous fat, pimples and the like I have extremely problematic skin (on my face) and I am no longer in puberty to have acne. I'm 21 years old and I've tried all sorts of things, but no, and NO. Nothing helps and I am already totally desperate. For example: rose water for cleansing the face; Health cream; children's cream "Bochko"; salicylic alcohol (1%); various make-up, foundation and concealers, powders ... But no, no. It just doesn't work and it doesn't work. And I'm starting to wonder if food has any effect on the skin. Some of you may tell me to go to a dermatologist, but I do not have regular health insurance and it will be much more expensive. Does anyone know what the prices are for a dermatologist's examination, without regular insurance? Thanks in advance to those who took the time to share their views. :))
