Hello, I am a 25-year-old man from a small town and something unpleasant has happened to me. I have an external hemorrhoid, which for the first time created problems around December 10-15, 2019. for about 2 days. One week before (so it was necessary temporarily) I was only on pizza for 3-4 days and I had hard stools, and 1-2 days later I got a disorder that was about 2 days (for the first time it happens to me to be so long) . I think that the disorder irritated the hemorrhoid due to rubbing with toilet paper ... Because it is wet and in order to shave well, it seems to have become white. So, for about 1 month now I have been treating Hemoclin with cicatridine (only one package) and rubbing with wet wipes. There are almost no problems, very slight discomfort from time to time, such as a prick with a pin and when defecating it swells a lot on the left side, but there is no pain. The rest of the time it is not swollen. I do not have constipation, the disorder is very rare. I eat normally, salads, meat, cooked ... I brought in more fruit already. Years ago, I saw drops of blood on the toilet paper and felt a small ball while wiping, but there was never a problem until then. Will it stop swelling on its own over time and can someone suggest a good proctologist / surgeon to deal with the problem?

I will suggest you to change two things: 1. Way of defecation - squatting on the toilet bowl, instead of sitting on it. Modern toilet bowls do not conform to human anatomy for proper bowel movements. If you can't / want to get up and squat, then take / do something like Squatty Potty (search on Google Photos) 2. Don't use toilet paper, but wash yourself (almost all of Asia does - use a bidet).
