Hello, I'm 18 years old and about a year ago I felt something like a ball on my anus while bathing, but I didn't pay much attention. Over time, I have not paid any attention to whether it is there or has disappeared, but in the last 3-4 months I constantly check and do not leave. Its size is like a bean, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't itch or bleed, it's just very unpleasant and I don't know how it can be removed. About a week and a half ago I bought a cream from the pharmacy, which is for hemorrhoids, because according to my symptoms I seem to have external hemorrhoids, I have been applying it twice a day since then, but it has absolutely no effect. It's very unpleasant and I'm very ashamed because I have a friend for 3 months and I already want to do it, I'm ready, but I can't for that reason, I just don't feel comfortable knowing that I have such a thing. What advice would you give me?
