Мен така ме завлече един хазаин - не ми върна депозита, а и договор нямах подписан. Според мен е напълно възможно да намериш обзаведена квартира за 300 лв - просто търси по-дълго време и не се отчайвай. Коментарът на номер 3 беше абсолютно излишен - Пловдив не е София. Аз в момента в София плащам 400 лв за обзаведен апартамент. Не е невероятна локация, но не е и супер лош. Ако си на ток и не разхишаваш прекалено можеш да се вместиш в 100 лв на месец. Аз в момента за всички сметки - ток, вода, интернет плащам лятото до 50 лв, зимата не повече от сто. Ако имаш добра изолация през зимата и не си зиморничав може и по-малко да ти излезе. Ако си вземеш един газов котлон и енегроспестяващи крушки доста ще ти се намалят разходите. Моят наем в момента е почти половината от заплатата ми, но не съжалявам. Все трябва да се започне от някъде, а изнасянето от къщи е първа стъпка за самостоятелен живот. Ще ти е трудно в началото, но си заслужава.
