Hello! Girl, 19 years old, virgin. I'm sure I have an infection, so I have to see a gynecologist. My question is ... will he use speculum to make a secret if I haven't had sex before? This worries me terribly. Please clarify the situation with the examinations, that so far I have read on the net about some examinations through the anus (is it true ???) and I don't know what else ... I am shocked, I am terrified ... Help!

I went to a gynecologist, there is nothing scary, you may have a slight pain. And I'm not sure exactly in your case what to do if you take secretions from the vagina, but most likely yes. I was for a cytosmear and they took my secretion, just prophylactically and it hurt very slightly. Like you, I was very worried, but nothing. You have to do it, there's no way. Tighten up, it's not the end of the world! For your reassurance, you can ask the gynecologist before he starts exactly what he will do, explain to you, etc. Do not worry! I wish you a quick and painless examination and a speedy recovery!
