Evgeny Pavlovich Krylatov - Soviet and Russian composer, author of music for 140 fictional, documentary and animated films, laureate of the USSR State Prize (1982), People's Artist of the Russian Federation (1994), laureate of the President of the Russian Federation (2014).

Evgeny Pavlovich was born on February 23, 1934 in the city of Lysva, Perm Territory, in the family of workers Pavel Evgenievich and Zoya Nikolaevna. In 1936, the family moved to the Motovilikha working district of the city of Perm.
