Dadonov Evgeny Anatolyevich was born on March 12, 1989 in Chelyabinsk. Little Zhenya came out on the ice at the age of 3, at that time his older brother was already playing hockey. Since childhood, his main dream was to play in a professional hockey team, which he has been striving for all the time. Evgeny followed the games and techniques of popular hockey players, one of his "favorites" was Pavel Bure. He liked that he is fast and scores a lot. Once Eugene wanted to be like Bure, and now young hockey players are equal to Dadonov himself.

Dadonov began his professional hockey career in 2006 at the Traktor club in Chelyabinsk. In 2007, he was numbered 71 in the NHL Draft by the Florida Panthers.

Having played three seasons in the KHL, Eugene decided to move to the United States. He played for the entire season in the American Hockey League for the Rochester Americans. For a long time he played for the Florida Panthers farm club, but eventually made his debut in the NHL. In winter 2012, the hockey player was traded, and he ended up in the Carolina Hurricanes, but, unfortunately, found himself again in the team's farm club and played there until the end of the season.

It was difficult and scary to go out on the ice after such a break, but the coach confronted Evgeny with the fact that he must enter the arena in the next game. In the first game after the break, Dadonov scored two goals.

In 2011, the hockey player played for the San Antonio Rampage, in 2012 - for the Charlotte Checkers. On July 1, 2012, the contract ended. The athlete did not want to be left "at a broken trough", so in the summer of 2012 he returned to the KHL. Evgeniy was negotiating with several clubs at once, in the end there were only two options left - Chelyabinsk "Tractor" and Donetsk "Donbass". As a result, Dadonov signed a contract with the Ukrainian club. Donbass offered the young but talented hockey player a fee of 50 million rubles per season.
