Everyone Annoys Me

   I understand what's happening to you. And you're so old that it's perfectly normal to be nervous and hot-tempered. In time you will recover, don't worry;)

   Emmy, that's age. And I was like that, the hormones are shaking you right now hah, but it's a period and in time it will pass.

   Go to the doctor, there are various sedative herbs, they will help you. Don't wait for your age to pass, because when you spend it on your little brother, you traumatize him and you can do a lot of damage to his psyche. When he grows up, he may have problems for the rest of his life because of you, because your attitude towards him is not normal. Talk to your parents and they decide. They can take you to the GP, they will direct you to whom to turn. (For information, I'm 24 years old.)

   oh please You are not good at sending the boy to the doctor. It's all about age. So it is in those years. by that logic, all teenagers should see a doctor because of the nerves that are normal for most adolescents.
