I've been in England for 5-6 years ... England is an extensible concept. I don't know in which city you will work, in which field, field and what type of work, but don't think that you will be involved with English people and English speakers in general. I have personally had and continue to have colleagues of all nationalities, and although I am currently working near, say, central London, only one of my colleagues is a native Englishman. I am currently with two Poles, an Egyptian, an Algerian and a Nigerian. The previous jobs I did were mainly with Bulgarians, Poles and Romanians. We are emigrants everywhere and we have taken all sorts of positions, some higher, some lower. By emigrants I also mean Indians, people from the Middle East, Asians and the like. There are more white people in the small towns, but I am 90% sure that your relationship will be mostly with Bulgarians, Poles and Romanians. For stable money ... Yes, you make stable money if you are in a small town where you don't have big expenses. The food is cheap, one pound is currently BGN 2.30. The first years when I lived in a small town and squeezed a lot, I saved about 6-7 thousand pounds a year, which is about 12-14 thousand. leva. But then I worked 6 days a week for 10-12 hours or more. Now I have slowed down, I work 5 days a week for 8 hours. I relaxed and didn't save that much, but I would say that I can afford everything I need without fear of running out of money. Regarding the mentality of the people, I personally have not felt anything bad. Just like every second person in the workplace is an emigrant, people look to respect each other. No one dares to insult you on any racial or ethnic basis, simply because we are all from somewhere. In England, you have to worry more about Bulgarians than other nationalities. Bulgarians fucked me, and Poles and Arabs helped me in difficult times.
