Even just reading the label made me think it was complete rubbish. So far, I've only drank a lot of cola. And I drink less alcohol and most often it is beer. My question is, since I don't take other junk like cigarettes and coffee, can these drinks do me much harm I will not overdo it. These days I drink every other day. I will be able to once a week.
