Do you use an electric toothbrush. And are you happy with it. Is there a difference between mechanical and electrical when cleaning. Personally, I've been using the electric one lately, and I'm not even fascinated at all, but I thought there would be some special difference. Apparently I brushed my teeth as well as before with a mechanical one. It worries me a lot that the electric brush rotates especially fast in rotating movements and whether this way I would not thin my enamel. I did not ask for an opinion from my dentist before buying and using an electric brush, but now I see that a big fabrication. The only thing that worries me is not to harm my teeth in any way, that with these inner movements, he can literally take your mouth away or not wake up with a fallen tooth.

I have been using an electric toothbrush for a year and a half and I am satisfied. I don't think it thins the enamel.
