Electric Toothbrush

   I have been using an electric toothbrush for a year and a half and I am satisfied. I don't think it thins the enamel.

   Hi, First, an ordinary toothbrush is not called mechanical. There are no mechanical parts in it. The electric could be called mechanical, but not the ordinary. Second, yes, you can damage the enamel, so it is not recommended to use only an electric brush. If yours has sensitive modes, use them and alternate with a regular toothbrush. Do not press while brushing your teeth. Third, there is a difference in cleaning, at least from my experience. But here we are talking about the type of brushes used, because even from ordinary to ordinary there can be a huge difference.

   I have been using an electric brush for several years. Nothing thins. I am very happy, brushing my teeth is ok. With a simple brush I have the feeling of not well brushed teeth. So my experience shows me that it is the ideal option, at the moment there is no better solution. For the record, let me mention that my husband has been using an electric brush for more time, five or six years, and he is also very happy. We buy decent brushes, the best of its kind.
