Nice topic! I am a 36-year-old woman, 165 cm, 58 kg. And I'm tired of dieting - for years I wandered between different diets, until I finally found my way of eating, with which I feel energetic and well and do not have to to make an effort to abide by it. It is a little closer to the so-called intermediate fasting or interval feeding. I have been eating like this for about a year now, and during the first 4-5 months I imperceptibly managed to lose more than 10 kg and a lot of centimeters from the circumference, and then to stabilize my weight. I will briefly describe an exemplary day. I get up around 8 in the morning. The first thing I do is squeeze a lemon and a lemon and an orange or grapefruit in a liter and a half jug (lemon, orange or grapefruit if there is - great, if not a problem) I drink a few glasses and move for 20 minutes - slight warm-up. If I'm away from home or for some reason I don't have a lemon, I just start pouring water, maybe hot :) Next is coffee, in which I add oat or almond milk (I avoid cow's milk). I drink about 2-3 such coffees a day, I don't add sugar. By 11 I have usually drunk more than a liter of water and continue with the fluids. (It is important what kind of water to drink - I personally alternate between mineral and filtered) I drink only water during the day, sometimes herbal tea, again without sweetening, but for me it is generally tastier. If I have the opportunity, I also make fresh carrots, but this happens mostly on weekends. I start to feel hungry at 2 in the afternoon at the earliest. I haven't liked to eat breakfast since I was a child, it even happened often when they made me vomit right away in the morning, that's why this regime suited me so easily - for those, however, who are hungry from early morning may not be suitable. At 2 in the afternoon I eat an apple, a banana or some other fruit. By 4-5-6 hours I usually ate 2-3 fruits or a few carrots and about a handful of walnuts or almonds and drank over 2 liters of fluids (by liquids I mean water, herbal tea, freshly squeezed juice, coffee) This period of the day from getting up in the morning until about 5 pm I have a detox phase in which I allow my body to clear itself of accumulated food residues and toxins and to self-regulate. For this purpose, I take only liquids, some fruit or nuts on an empty stomach. Surprisingly, since I have been eating like this during the day since the beginning of the regime, I have stopped feeling hungry, on the contrary, I have a lot of energy and I move with pleasure and my concentration has also improved a lot. With the second phase of the regime - nutrition, I start around 5 in the afternoon - I usually have one big meal, but if I feel hungry within 2 hours after it, I do a second one. This is my sample menu and the things I follow: For starters, always a salad of fresh vegetables such as cabbage and carrots or tomatoes and cucumbers - as much as I want to eat, I do not limit the quantities. And if I don't particularly like salad, I just make it in a small bowl, but it should always be present and start with it. If desired, I add flaxseed and nuts to the salad. Season with olive oil, lemon and spices to taste. If there is soup, I eat it after the salad, if not, basically. Main meal - can be roasted chicken (eat on the stomach) or scrambled eggs or fish. As a side dish to it there can be roasted vegetables or potatoes, rice - I don't limit myself, I eat on my stomach again, the rule is only to eat the salad and protein first, and finally the complex carbohydrates. However, there is no problem to eat combined dishes such as stuffed peppers or moussaka. And because I don't want to eat meat every day, often my main meal can be something lean like rice with spinach, baked potatoes or lentils, peas or vegetable stews. After the salad and the hearty meal, I usually don't have a place for dessert. However, if I want something sweet, I can eat some chocolate or cream. If I am hungry again 2-3 hours after eating, I pour myself another portion or I make yoghurt with maple syrup or honey and nuts, or if I am tired of something in particular, I prepare it. After 9 o'clock in the evening it does not happen that I am hungry and eat - that is, my diet is limited to the interval between 4-5 and 8-9 in the evening. The regime is flexible enough and if some days I feel real hunger earlier in the day, I do not bother to start eating at 2-3 in the afternoon - on such days I have 2 main meals. The point is that between 8-9 pm and the time when I started eating the next day there should be an unloading break of fluids and some fruit for at least 18-20-22 hours. It works well for me, but I know it's not for everyone. So this is my so-called interval feeding - from morning to late afternoon phase of cleansing with fluids and some fruit, then I eat steadily the first, second and third and if necessary repeat the meal. Since I eat like this, I have a lot of energy and tone during the day and I can say that I am more able to work. Since I have energy, I have a desire to move more and train regularly for a year and I managed to replace bacon with muscle, which makes me quite happy. I feel good at all and it's not like I'm on a diet. I used to have chronic gastritis and digestive problems - since I eat the way it has been in the past. I started to choose a lot more to have for dinner, when I know that this is my main meal and I have to get everything useful. I listen more to my body. In addition, from the first week my stomach shrank, so there was no unnecessary stuffing with food, and the portions in the evening soon returned to normal. If I get tired of something - I know that I can eat it the same evening, so I do not feel hungry or as if I deprive myself, on the contrary, it even makes me happy. And it's great not having to think all day about what I'm going to eat, what I'm going to have for lunch, etc. - I just don't think about food anymore and I can focus on other things. At the same time, I enjoy a hearty, delicious and wholesome dinner with my family, which is very important to me.

Age: 24 Height: 166 cm. Weight: 52 kg. Physical activity: moderate; I turn the pedals of the ergometer on the last 8th degree for 45 minutes every two or three days, the rest of the time I move as much as possible back and forth, but without a fixed idea or to work until my heart starts beating to burst . I usually eat like this: - in the morning (08:00) I drink a packet of Jacobs 3in1 coffee dissolved in hot water or 100 ml. low-fat milk (or whatever it is in the extreme case) with a little instant coffee and sweetener - around 10:00 I eat a thin slice of wholemeal (or rye) bread with 1 piece of yellow cheese - for lunch (12-13: 00) I eat 200 g. 2% yoghurt or a light salad (without salt, oil, olive oil) of cucumbers or tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, roasted peppers with a little cheese (whatever vegetables I have available) - if I get hungry in the afternoon, I can make 4-5 mushrooms with a little yellow cheese in the microwave (if I'm at home) or cut a piece of ham; if I am on a coffee wave, I drink milk with coffee or whole cocoa powder; if I feel a call for jam, I break off one or two squares of dark chocolate (quality with at least 70% cocoa) - I have dinner no later than 19:00, and dinner is often a large bowl (500-600 g) clear hot soup (home-made without salt and oil, only cooked vegetables - mushrooms, carrots, green beans, onions, with or without light construction) or a salad like lunch, maybe in larger quantities. Generally stay away from pasta and confectionery, carbonated, nectarines in cans, heavy (fried or oily) fish, meat; I do not eat potatoes and rice (I do not like them), nor something that contains more than 1-2 E's, preferably I go without them. Until 6 months ago I weighed more than 75 kg, I was constantly crammed with harmful food, which affected both my appearance and my health. I felt like Miss Piggy, everything was shaking, my thighs were rubbing, whatever I was wearing, I didn't like it and I was crying. So one morning I just woke up and decided to eliminate everything harmful from my diet, start moving moderately and eat only as much as my body wants to function well. That is, when I feel slightly full (after 5-6 minutes of chewing), I finish eating. This way I sleep much easier, I don't have nightmares, my head is always clear, I don't have a bloated stomach, I said goodbye to the severe PMS, pimples and rashes, and how good I look and how much I like myself is obvious from afar. :) My self-esteem is radically different, I feel great in my skin! Perfect flat belly, tight thighs, shaped shoulders and tight arms, nothing superfluous, hanging, cellulite, etc. Many people wonder how I have energy with so little (according to them) food, but the truth is that since I eat this way, my body just needs to move. I'm not sick, I'm not blackened, just nothing like that. Before, when I ate like a pig, a 15-minute workout crushed me and then I breathed like a bison in an advanced pregnancy. At the moment, not even 6, but 7 months later, the 45th minute is like child's play to me and I often joke with my friend that I can still pedal so much. Sometimes I do two workouts, one in the morning and one in the evening. I want to point out, if it matters, that I have been taking quality vitamins in capsules or tablets all the time and so far. Multivitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Calcium Magnesium Honey, Vitamin D Vitamin E, I said to myself, what is on promotion and is reduced for this month, I take it. So I'm always in diversity. :) Viv
