   I wouldn't call it pain. I have 2 holes in one ear on the soft part and 1 in the other, I have done 2 times on the cartilage, I recently had a nose piercing, I am also considering the tongue. Of all the things I've listed, the most painless is the soft one on the ear. It feels like a sting / sting and it's for a second. Heals quickly. Well, that's it. Good luck! :)
