Biography
Originally from Canada, Dylan Bruce grew up between Vancouver and Seattle, where he studied comedy and economics at the University of Washington. After starting out as a model, he moved to Los Angeles and in 2005 landed his first role in 24: The Conspiracy, a 24-hour derivative series broadcast on mobile networks in parallel with the fourth season of the adventures of Jack Bauer. .
After this first experience as an actor, he appears in episodes of Joey, The Sopranos and Las Vegas. In 2007, he gained greater visibility through his role as Chris Hughes in the successful daily soap opera As the World Turns. After a year, however, he left the soap opera and in 2010 made his film debut in Unstoppable, alongside Denzel Washington and Chris Pine.
After a few appearances here and there, 2013 marks a turning point in Dylan Bruce's career. In addition to a recurring role in the second season of Arrow, where he played for several episodes Adam Donner, a colleague of Laurel, played by Katie Cassidy, he landed one of the main roles in the series Orphan Black. He plays Paul Dierden, Beth's boyfriend, one of the many characters played by actress Tatiana Maslany.
