Don't Walk Late At Night!

The Story

Hi, I'm a man, my age is not important. The stories are not fictional, but everyone is sure to believe in them. Now I thought of two stories that occurred to me some time ago, about a year, maybe more. A little strange and frightening is personal to me. Both events unfold in the wee hours of the day. Here's the first one: I don't remember an hour, so I come home, and in front of me, about 10-15 meters, I see some woman on my own and I hear her talking, I assumed she was talking on the phone, but since I walked faster, I passed it, I saw her talking to herself as if there was someone with her. He sounded frightened and was very slow. Before I passed it, they stopped two cars, which they also saw that something was wrong. People asked her if she had a problem, whether to blink, but she just didn't reflect it and kept going, talking to herself. The people who came down from the cars just returned to their cars and went their way. They asked me about this woman, and I told them I didn't know what was going on. When I passed the woman, I was quite startled by her, she was strangely dressed, all in black clothes, something in her scared me, an inner feeling just and I hurried to get home, moving away from her, as quickly as possible. I don't remember what you were saying exactly, but it was some meaningless words in my memory. This is the first story The second story: Same atmosphere, dark and deserted on the street. Even this happened in the same area. I walk at night on the sidewalk, but I crashed a look at my phone. How I walk with the phone, I see with the peripheral vision that there's something next to me, at my feet. In the first seconds I did not notice, but after a few look and what to see. I see a man lying on the sidewalk, was thinking about 01:00. He wasn't asleep, not drunk or drugged. When I saw him I was scared and yelled at, because after all, seeing a lying person on the sidewalk at 1 o'clock at night is scary. After I yelled, my husband answered with the most normal voice, not to shout that it was too late. I ask him what's going on, why he's here. He said he just decided to lie down a little. No, he wasn't homeless, poor, or anything. Perfectly normal wearing. With nice clothes and a haircut. I asked him if everything was okay, to help him with something, but he politely refused me. I wished him a good night, and I passed. Again I came home fast-paced to home Between the two stories there may be a 2-3 month interval. I hope the moderators will publish my topic, aimed at advice to people on the site. And if they don't publish it, no problem, it's their decision, and it's not up to me. It would be interesting to read other such stories, readers, have you ever seen anything like this? Please share.
