Does Anyone Know Anything About The Uighur People?

The Story

Hello. A few years ago, I learned that there was a people called the Uighurs. But they are one of the nations that do not have their own state. They live in western China. As early as the 5th grade, I noticed on the map that in East China the names of the cities had normal Chinese names, but in the West I saw that this was not the case. I've seen a lot of weird city names that don't sound Chinese at all. For example, Yuryumtsi, which is also called Urumqi in other ways. I also noticed on the map that in Western China the majority were Muslims, and I knew that the Chinese were Buddhists and others. A few years after these interesting discoveries, I saw a video on the Internet. In the video I saw a flag, the same as the Turkish one, but blue. I wasn't interested then. And about half or a year ago, when I was writing this story, I found out about the Uighurs. They are Turks, not Turks, people, which totals between 10 and 15 million people. Their religion is Islam and their language is Uighur. They are of the Mongoloid race and as far as I understand they are one of the oldest Turks. And please don't wonder now if we have anything to do with the Uighurs, because it is clear that we are probably closer to the Indians and the Japanese than to them. Let's move on now. They have been in China since the Yuan, Ming or Qing dynasties, as far as I know, I don't know exactly. These are quite centuries. Jowie in Uyghur-Xinjiang or Xinjiang in China, also called East Turkestan or Uyghur, which is an autonomous region. As far as I know, they were once the majority there, but because of the Chinese population, there are now more Catalans than Uighurs. I also saw that they seemed to be under Chinese slavery. The Chinese government has been terrorizing them all the time, harassing them with tanks, they sent soldiers there, beat them, sometimes shot at them and things like that. I found out that they made them install a tracking app on their phones, tracked their faces with cameras on the street, spied on them even in their homes. They also destroyed their culture. I wondered why China does that, with Mongols, Tibetans and other peoples living there, and some even like China. It was because they are Muslims and I understood to some extent, because we Bulgarians have a very bad experience with Islam, but we were kept in slavery by the Turks, who are 10 times more and much stronger. The Uighurs are almost 100 times smaller than the Chinese and are much more helpless than we were under Turkish slavery, because we had firearms then, and the Turkish army was just infantry and cavalry, and now the Uighurs are exploding. tanks will be sent from Beijing immediately. It has even happened before. In 2011, Uighur terrorists assassinated Chinese people and infuriated the Chinese Communist Party. And in 2001, after the attacks on the Twin Towers, China took even tougher measures against Uighur Muslims. But I forgot to say that apart from the fact that the Chinese are watching you and imprisoning them in camps. I learned that at the moment 1 million, according to some data, even 3 million Uighurs are imprisoned in camps. They were brainwashed in these camps. If someone did something, they locked him in huge camps, sometimes as big as a small Bulgarian village. I saw a video from where a Chinese soldier was staying with a completely helpless Uighur. They took all kinds there. From the youngest children to the oldest grandparents. It was not uncommon for children to be taken from their mothers and never returned. And there they were brainwashed. They were made to sing songs glorifying the Chinese Communist Party, tried to kill their spirits, forget that they were Uighurs, and so on. In general, as the Serbs did with the Bulgarians in Yugoslavia. And it worked. Many of them forgot who they were, were no longer Uighurs, and many became Chinese. I understood this in general about them. They are an ancient Muslim Turkic people, without a state, who have been subjected to genocide by a far stronger state. I also saw pictures of people, mostly Turks, who support the Uighurs, but only in words, otherwise they are completely helpless to help them. I also managed to imagine that the Uighurs would probably never have their own country. It was easy for me to remember that China, with a population of over 1 billion, would not give up such a large part of its territory, where the majority of the people are already Chinese, of a nation of 15 million people. They are completely helpless to revolt and revolt, because China will send them tanks that will at least destroy their homes. There is no country to stand up for TVH, because there is hardly anyone strong and brave enough to oppose China, except the United States and Russia, of course, but they will not do anything about it, it is clear. The only hope for the Uighurs seems to be for new politicians to come to the Chinese government to end the terror against them and get along with them. I personally do not grieve for them, although they have a similar fate. And what do you think about them Do you know anything about them? About their history, culture, way of life, anything? Share. It would be interesting to see opinions on the issue. In Bulgaria we talk about the Kurds and the Palestinians, not that we understand much, but almost no one talks about the Uighurs.
