Do You Think My Job Is Good?

The Story

Hello, as I have no observations in general on the understanding of normal work, I would like to share how things are in my work to tell me whether this is a good job or not. I work from Monday to Saturday. I work as an accountant for BGN 600 and separately, because I specialize a little and in the field of computers I maintain the system at work, and I am not paid extra. I work 8 hours a day and I have an hour of lunch break, which I take depending on how busy I am and whether there is something urgent to keep me going. If there is a lot of work I do not take it or eat a little and continue. Initially, they tried to explain to me that my rest was 20 minutes, but I did not agree because I had read that I was entitled to an hour's rest on an 8-hour working day. I've been doing less computer work lately, thankfully, because I don't have that much time. Despite the salary I receive, my insurances are on BGN 340 / minimum wage. salary. Every year they give me 30 days of unpaid leave, but I go to work because they want to pay me less insurance and be "profitable". It has happened many times that they call me out of work to mentor me or to argue about something that happened through no fault of my own, to ask me to take the blame and make things right. For example, a colleague issued an invoice with VAT, and the company is not registered for VAT and they quarrel with me, and I didn't even know that she needed an invoice and that she took the initiative to issue it herself. They put a hidden camera on me, which monitors me all day, which means that no matter how much I work, I have no right to lean back in my chair and rest for a while until another job comes. Knowing that I'm being watched looking for activities or just staring at the computer so it doesn't look like I'm standing. This puts a strain on me and I come home tired because I stare at the monitor for 8 hours and move and do something. I'm not talking about the cases when there is work, because then I don't run away from duties, I work with pleasure, but if there is no work, if I have done everything and even if I have cleaned the floor and dust on the furniture, which is also my duties, it is burdensome to stare more. The contract says that there are bad consequences for me when the working hours are not compacted, and this camera, looking at me in case I lean back, understands that I am waving my legs and sitting like this ... although I fill in a daily report every day, in which he writes all sorts of things, even when I go to the toilet, who asked me what, where I went, what I answered and what not. I work in a big city - Sofia, there is a lot of work here, but unfortunately I can not find a new job. I am applying recently and I will go to every interview I am invited to, I hope to leave, but I am still hesitant whether I am exaggerating, whether this is not a normal work environment I work on all public holidays. My colleagues in other positions are resting, but I and some others are working. I made a plan on a public holiday to go and do work in one place and I said I couldn't work then and they told me I couldn't. Since then, the attitude has been different, during the day different people come to my office and watch me, despite the camera and writing all day where I have been and what I do. I don't feel like I have a personal life, because when I come home I think about work and I cry quite often, and I'm very nervous. I can't have children, because they told me that they didn't need such people there and I just got a permanent contract, they told me that they weren't sure if they should leave me, just look, I'm pregnant. Once a colleague, who is also an accountant, made a mistake and I was shouted at to fix things, even though I had nothing to do with her actions. My salary was reduced for a while because I spilled a glass of water and got a little wet on the desk I work at. On an official holiday when I had to work, I said that I wanted to be paid double as it is the order on such holidays, but they refused me, they said that I am on a fixed salary and this is an unofficial working day and I am there ... Do you think I'm wrong, is this normal, please give me advice.
