Do You Think I'm More To Blame For The Crash?

The Story

I had an accident and was found guilty. So I drive on the main road with 2 lanes in the direction at the limit of 40. The weather is very bad, it is raining and there is almost no visibility. I move in the left lane, true by 80, but this is unprovable, because due to the wet pavement there is no stopping distance, so they can't catch me on this member. I'm approaching a T-junction, where I'm at an advantage. There is no traffic light, no sign. The marking on the left bar points only straight. And suddenly I see a car parked at the intersection waiting for the oncoming ones to make a U-turn. Her ass was halfway up, and I had nowhere to run at the last minute, and I dialed from the left rear fender. But I gathered it strong all the way to the front fender and turned it 180 degrees. However, instead of making the other one guilty of making an illegal U-turn, they made me guilty. It is true that there is no sign that a U-turn is explicitly forbidden, but there is no sign that it is allowed. And judging by the marker, he had to keep going, not stop in the middle of the intersection to make a U-turn. Who do you think is more to blame?
