Diet With Apples

The Story

Hello! I have a question: if I start the diet with apples for 1 week, will I be able to lose about 2-3 kg? I don't need that much. If during the diet I drink 2 liters of water a day, do 200 squats, do 50-60 abdominal presses and walk for at least 1 hour - according to it will be possible to lose so much? Thanks in advance!
