Hello! I thought that in 2019 I will finally get in shape. So I tried to combine my diet with my daily routine, to make it more comfortable for me and I decided to do it this week, but it came to me and now I wonder if there is any danger if something doesn't happen to me, because I don't do anything. diet, and the so-called, "fasting", during which I do not eat anything. Is it possible for something to happen to me? Please give me advice if you have experience. Thanks in advance;).

It depends on how many times you are used to eating. Do you like to eat well, or every 3 hours in small portions. I used to do 6/18 hours
