I have a great desire to become a dentist. But it is still logical to know what I will study before that. My question is whether the study of dental medicine includes the study of general medicine of human diseases.

Includes, but this will not make you a doctor of human medicine, but you will be a dentist. Why do you care about this question? The first two years the program is the same.
