Biography
David Castaneda is a Mexican actor with a bright future. After various roles in television and cinema, he landed in 2014 a place in season 3 of the American series Switched where he played Jorge, Daphne's supervisor (with whom he is in love) at the clinic. He also makes a short appearance in the comedy Jane The Virgin where he camps the time of three episodes a competitor of Rogelio. His career took an interesting turn in 2018, when he joined the cast of Sicario 2 to play one of the chief smugglers. At the same time, Netflix chooses him to play one of the six main roles of its new series of superheroes Umbrella Academy. He will slip into the costume of Diego, an expert in hand-to-hand combat who knows how to handle knives.
