UV varnishes are no more harmful than ordinary varnish. The important thing is not to overdo it, to do it well and to take complete care of your nails. I don't remember exactly how many years ago they made me a manicure with gel polish for the first time, but it was at the very beginning, it was just a sensation here. Apparently the manicurist was not very good or the products were not of good quality (or maybe both), but after removing them, my nails were in a shocking state - soft and flaky. I already do my own manicure, I have a UV lamp, bases, varnishes, files. I do it several times in a row and then for about a month or more - a break. During the break I only shape my nails, I don't even apply colorless nail polish, there is a nourishing oil by Ikarov, which I use when I think of water and lemon for my fingers to stand for a few minutes. When I don't feel like it, I just rub them with a slice of lemon. They have become much healthier than before, grow fast and have a natural glow. As for UV rays - the lamps are not so powerful as to cause any damage, just as with everything there must be a measure.
