Cyst?

I have a question. I had surgery for a cyst a long time ago, maybe more than half a year. It had closed a month after the operation, but then it opened and opened. Most of the time he sits on small holes. I melted in the sumac, applied Granugel, but it can't heal completely. It doesn't hurt, it just tingles when I sit longer.
