Hello. I like my job, but there is one problem that makes me reluctant to go to work every day. And this is my boss. But not only with the current one. In previous places where I worked, it was the same. They just don't like me and treat me badly and avoid me. Is it possible that this is due to the fact that I never have anything to say because I lead a monotonous life. By monotonous I mean that I don't travel anywhere, I just go to the village with my parents sometimes and that's it, I don't buy expensive things to brag about, ie when the boss or anyone sees that I'm not "from his rug" starts behaving badly with me and avoiding my company. Could this be the reason, or is it absurd that I should look for it in my character

I think it's absurd. But still, you have to communicate with these people in some way, to talk about some things. This should be done naturally, not expecting someone to walk around you like a small child. If you are just silent, how should others treat you?
