Maybe hemorrhoids are. Maybe there's a lot more stuff. This symptom occurs in many diseases. Your information is very small. Go to the GP to look and redirect you to another specialist if they think they need it. Eventually you can have a colonoscopy, which is not pleasant at all, but it will show if you have polyps/adenomas on your colon or any other kind of problem.
