Hello, people! Something is happening to me and my musing. I constantly measure calories and watch what I eat. I started with a diet I wanted to lose weight. I started about a month and a half ago and decided to eat about 600-650 calories, then reduced them to 300-350 and now they are 150. These 150 calories include coffee, tea and apples. My height is 155. I was 55 kg at the moment I am 47. I feel hellishly fat, ave like a pig literally and I really don't know what's happening to me. I train sport dances 3 times a week for an hour and a half. I just want to eat everything I've eaten before (it's in smaller quantities but to eat it). It is pulled twice a day (morning and evening). I forgot to say I'm 15. I just want my previous self and I really don't know what to do

Start eating everything, but less. This is the solution. And your body is still growing and you should not keep diets. You can get sick. Put everything in a small plate. Just reduce the amount.
