It's called sleep paralysis. You wake up stiff, you can't move at all, and you can only move your eyes. This is a protective reaction of the brain so that you can't get up in your sleep and get hurt.

Ugh, sucks! If you're stressed, it could be because of that - why not try some sedative pills, there are also herbal ones. There are also various for bedtime especially. Otherwise, I've heard from acquaintances that if you have any unresolved cases, they can bother you at night - supposedly they come as nightmares. A friend had something unfinished and had the same nightmare for a while, and when he finally tackled the problem, the nightmares disappeared. Think about whether you don't have any things that bother you.

This is due to sleep paralysis, stop sleeping on your back to stop the paralysis.

I know. Recently a friend and I read scary stories on the Internet (maybe the reason for the dream is from a real life event). When I came home and went to bed, I dreamed something like that. It was about 40 days ... when suddenly the dream changed - I was dreaming about my late grandmother ..., it doesn't matter now, think about what I wrote above - that it could be because of a case you experienced from your life . Good luck :) BlackSunEmpire

Thank you very much to everyone for your influence and the advice you gave me, I understood what these nightmares are due to and I just realized that this case is left behind in the past and can't hurt me! Thank you one more time :)

When you feel an attack, ask God to deliver you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Repeat Jesus' prayer and "May God be resurrected ..." Go to service, confess, and partake of the sacrament. Drink holy water, have Jordan's water in your home and drink a little of it. God bless you, in the name of Jesus Christ!

Author, try next time (if it happens again, I hope not) not to run, but to turn around and stand ready for a "fight" against whatever is chasing you. This is if it is a lucid dream again, of course. And if you get scared and still can't move your body (sleep paralysis, it often happens when you are in an involuntary astral journey), start rolling your eyes or stick your thumb on your index finger and middle finger, it will almost turn your body back. You may feel like a slight tremor if you enter the body too quickly and it takes a few seconds to adjust the body. With these techniques you usually come back in 15-40 seconds. Just don't panic.

It is called a "panic attack", it appears unexpectedly or if you have experienced a very strong shock or you have been under great stress. The brain itself unlocks a self-defense mechanism you have the feeling that you are fighting or trying to escape from something. You experience a great influx of adrenaline, strong anxiety, tension and strong fear. A "panic attack" lasts close to one to ten minutes, depending on how intense the experience was. In the next attack, you have to be very calm, not to panic and give in, to have a lot of patience and you have to realize that this it is not real, and to face it. You have to face this nasty nightmare on your own and tell yourself here !!!! I did so and it hasn't happened to me for a long time.
