You gave very little information. You say practically nothing about your diet. It is not clear if you have physical activity, and if so, what it is. It is not clear what and how much you eat. Rather, I don't think it's clear why you think you eat a lot, but you either cram it in, or you eat junk like croissants, chips, saltines, etc., and then you wonder why you're filling up. And fruits help a hell of a lot because they contain fiber and are very low in calories. Try it when you're really hungry, and you've already eaten a meal that's rich enough in protein, and you're still hungry to eat 2 big apples. Your stomach will instantly swell and you will not even think about eating for the next 2-3 hours, and 2 big apples are not even 300 calories. Not to mention, if you eat 2 large pieces of watermelon - there the effect will be even greater, at the cost of even fewer calories. Green tea helps with teas, but it should be pure, without any sweetener, whether it is sugar, honey, stevia, or anything else. And keep in mind that the effect of tea is not too great, so you can not expect miracles. Try to drink a lot of water, because sometimes we misread our body's signals and think we feel like eating when we're actually thirsty. But in any case, you need to give more detailed and accurate information about your activity and your diet in order to make a better assessment of where this uncontrollable hunger, in your words, may come from. so you can't expect miracles. Protein and carbohydrates are not in the right proportions, this imbalances glucagen and insulin and therefore you are always hungry. Read about the eating area. Learn to feel over time what the right proportions are for your body and you will not be hungry. As a cover, you will speed up your metabolism and lose weight significantly, without losing as much as possible. Separately, they will drastically reduce the risks of a number of diseases and you will be energetic and in a good mood. It's all a matter of hormonal balance.

From the author: With physical activity I think I have no problem walking a lot, 2 times a week I train dances (sometimes they are quite strenuous) and separately in us sometimes I do exercises (2-3 times a week). To eat breakfast almost every day I eat muesli with dried fruit and yogurt (not because it is useful, but because it tastes good to me). For lunch and dinner it is always different. Will it be rice, soup, beans, chat pat some salad and more. For chips, croissants do not eat. Only when I'm out or at school do I eat saltines or some saltines (they are vegan). For chocolate, I try to reduce it to a minimum, but I can't do much. It's just that we eat very sweet and it's hard to control. But I don't eat that much about 1-2 waffles a day (sometimes I don't eat that either).

I don't eat that much up and down 1-2 waffles a day And that's a lot. And not as a quantity, but as a glycemic index. Combine at least these waffles with protein to increase your glucagon, otherwise you will completely slow down your metabolism, increasing only insulin and therefore you will gain weight easily.

Since when do you gain weight and how many kg have you gained? They give you good ideas, but what you describe to me looks like health problems, your sugar is playing and that's why you're hungry every 15 minutes.

Author, I'm the number 2 commenter. Now read post number 4 carefully and I guess you will be able to answer for yourself why you are constantly hungry, and why you started gaining weight. In case you still can't do it, I will answer you in the following way - you do not monitor your calories, and you have no, but absolutely no culture of eating. The bad news is that at least according to you, this has already started to affect you, but the good news is that it is quick and easy to fix, especially at your age. Let's start with breakfast - muesli with yogurt and dried fruit - there can hardly be a MORE HARMFUL menu (yes, it's a hell of a HARMFUL, I don't know who lied to you that a hell of a lot of sugar muesli and dried fruit are good, but this is certainly not the case). Besides, you can't get enough in the long run, because it simply has nothing to saturate you in this food for more than 2-3 hours, provided that you have at least 100 grams of muesli and a whole bucket of yogurt. If you want a healthy breakfast, replace the muesli with pure oatmeal, without any added sugars, no matter what form, and be sure to lose the dried fruit. Yes, it won't be so tasty, but as you are already starting to see for yourself, the tasty unfortunately sometimes turns out salty. We move on - lunch and dinner you say they are different, but I'm sure they are sure that they are some greasy dishes cooked with plenty of sunflower oil, because it is mass-cooked in Bulgarian households. Even a salad, which in itself is very low in calories, can become a calorie bomb if you push it with olive oil, oil, sauces, etc. Salts and / or pickles are not a good option for more than 1-2 times a month (yes, in a month, not a day or a week), and as I watch you consume them almost every day ... This, that you try to reduce the chocolate, but you don't succeed, I will leave it without comment, because this statement speaks for itself ... And this with 1-2 waffles a day is the tip of the ice cream. You can also afford the waffles no more than 1-2 times a month, and what's left for 1-2 a day ... I don't know if you realize, but you have at best average physical activity, which means that you will almost certainly gain more than 1500-1600 calories, and you have already exceeded these calories with your breakfast, 1-2 waffles, school salads and the chocolate you are trying to reduce, but it still doesn't work. ... At your age, gaining weight won't be so fast, but if you continue to eat this way, when you become a student, the situation will not be rosy at all, let alone after. The smartest thing you can start doing is to give up altogether, or to reduce to 1-2 times a month the garbage you eat and drink, to start monitoring your calories, to emphasize salads and protein-rich foods . But in any case, if you continue to drive it in the same way, the weight will not stop gaining, and hunger will be constant, because what you eat has a very high glycemic index. And what is a "glycemic index" you will see for yourself on the Internet, where it is full of information about it and its impact on the human body. :) not to mention after that. Don't buy sweet things. Here comes the season of good fruits - first the jam is replaced with fruit, then the fruit is reduced to 2 pcs. per day.

You are not eating properly or drinking water. With sweets you get empty carbohydrates, but you do not have enough fat and protein and your body gives you a signal to cram. Try boiled eggs for a day or two, if you are still suffering from wolf hunger. And no bullshit.

Each meal should be such that you are full for 3-4 hours. If you bite something like a chicken, fruit in the morning, of course, you will be hungry. To curb hunger, you need to reduce carbohydrates to a minimum. You eat meat - anything, eggs, fish, vegetables. Gradually reduce bread, rice, potatoes, flour products, sweet drinks, juices. Of all these things, you can eat 1-2 bites if you feel like it, but you can't eat them on a common basis. Fruit max 2 pcs a day, but not bananas, looking to get more sour.
