One cannot choose one's parents, but yours is too much. Don't they let you go to discos and cafes, I understand, but to the pool, to sports? I advise you a little, but surely to win your personal space. Enroll in sports (karate, basketball, gymnastics) to know when and where you are. You can't change your parents, but you can manipulate them. If you increase your success, your rights will increase.
