Chia And Lemon For Weight Loss.

Hello!
A few days ago I came across an article describing the slimming effect of chia and lemon in combination with morning intake. The method consists of soaking for 1c. l. chia in 200ml. water in the evening, in the morning on an empty stomach already swollen seeds are mixed with the juice of half a lemon and another 200ml. water. Satisfies for a long time.


I think I will apply the method for a month and see the result.
Has anyone tried it and has impressions and results?
